Our Greige Oak SPC flooring blends warm beige and cool grey into a versatile neutral that suits almost any interior. It works well with white walls, light-grey sofas and natural-wood furniture, and the waterproof core makes it equally at home in kitchens and dining areas.
Why choose Greige Oak SPC Flooring 5mm?
- Realistic wood look: a soft grey-beige (greige) oak finish with natural grain
- 5mm rigid SPC (stone plastic composite) core that stays stable and resists dents and swelling
- Waterproof core, so spills and wet mopping are not a problem
- Scratch- and stain-resistant top wear layer for busy homes and offices
- Click-lock planks that float over an existing level floor, with no glue and minimal dust
- Quieter and warmer underfoot than ceramic tiles
Where to use it
Styled here for modern living rooms and kitchen-dining areas, this colour also works well in:
- Kitchens and kitchen-dining areas
- Modern living rooms and lounges
- Apartments, Airbnbs and rental units
- Offices, clinics and reception areas
Installation
SPC 5mm planks are installed as a floating floor over an existing flat, dry, clean surface such as screed, terrazzo or ceramic tiles. Our team measures the room, checks the subfloor is level, lays underlay where needed and finishes the edges with skirting and transition trims. Order a little extra to allow for cuts around walls and doorways; we confirm the exact quantity when we measure.
Care & maintenance
Sweep or vacuum regularly and clean with a damp mop and a mild floor cleaner. Use felt pads under furniture legs and a door mat at entrances. Avoid steam mops and harsh abrasive cleaners.
Price & delivery
KSh 2,950 per square metre. Multiply your floor area in sqm by the price for a material estimate, or ask us for a full quote including installation. We supply and install across Nairobi and deliver countrywide.
