Installation
SPC 5mm planks are installed as a floating floor over an existing flat, dry, clean surface such as screed, terrazzo or ceramic tiles. Our team measures the room, checks the subfloor is level, lays underlay where needed and finishes the edges with skirting and transition trims. Order a little extra to allow for cuts around walls and doorways; we confirm the exact quantity when we measure.
Care & maintenance
Sweep or vacuum regularly and clean with a damp mop and a mild floor cleaner. Use felt pads under furniture legs and a door mat at entrances. Avoid steam mops and harsh abrasive cleaners.
Price & delivery
KSh 2,950 per square metre. Multiply your floor area in sqm by the price for a material estimate, or ask us for a full quote including installation. We supply and install across Nairobi and deliver countrywide.
